I made a recent discovery while attending the Association of Bridal Consultants Annual Meeting last week in Newport Beach. For those of you planning an outdoor wedding, especially in the grass, you might want to consider buying some of these for your female guests with high heels. They are called SoleMates. What they are is a clear plastic cover that slips over a thin high heel shoe. Thus, preventing the heal from sinking into the lawn. They really seem like they would work. I know I seriously may have to invest in a pair for myself for when I’m working at an outdoor wedding. Here is their website for more information:
Put a little basket of those at the entry of your ceremony or reception area and I’m certain your female guests who took all that time to dress up nice for your outdoor wedding will truly appreciate it.
